What are Gaming Solutions for Businesses

Businesses and corporations use gaming solutions to create interactive and technology-driven experiences while making use of different game mechanics. Be it making a whole game to advertise the brand, simply gamifying the marketing campaign, or holding simulation sessions to train employees. These solutions make the experiences engaging as they give the employees or customers a game to play. It makes for an entertaining experience, because even if the goal of the game is to convey information about a product or service, it achieves it in a way that keeps things fun.

What Kind of Gaming Solutions do Businesses Use

There are several technologies like AR, VR, or custom interactive solutions that businesses could use to gamify their products or services for their audience to experience. The type of technology that needs to be used comes down to the project, the size of the audience, and how fast the experiential campaign needs to be ready.

For example, an automotive brand could make use of VR to offer virtual test drives for a vehicle that is about to be released or isn't physically available at their showroom. Another great example of this can be considered flight simulators used in the aviation industry, it gives pilots in training a great option to practice safely flying in a simulated environment. Some of the popular technologies used to create such gaming solutions include:

Why More Businesses are Going for Gaming Solutions

As per the research by IMARC on Gamification Market Size, Share, Trends and Forecast for 2026-2034, they suggest that "The global gamification market size was valued at USD 26.3 Billion in 2025. Looking forward, IMARC Group estimates the market to reach USD 113.2 Billion by 2034, exhibiting a CAGR of 17.08% from 2026-2034."

The report explains how gamification demand is rising in the corporate sector as "several organizations recognize that it offers a refreshing departure from traditional training methods, effectively transforming mundane learning into an interactive journey by integrating game elements such as challenges, badges, and leaderboards, representing another major growth-inducing factor."

It also talks about how gaming solutions have seen "significant expansion in the healthcare industry", as "several applications and platforms incorporate game mechanics to encourage healthy behaviors, track progress, and facilitate informed decision-making representing another major growth-inducing factor. Apart from this, the incorporation of wearable devices that monitor fitness goals to mobile applications that gamify medical adherence helps make health management a more enjoyable and interactive experience". Similarly, even the fintech sector has seen widespread adoption of gamification, as "investment platforms use game mechanics to make trading accessible to several audiences, offering a controlled environment for users to practice and develop their financial acumen representing another major growth-inducing factor."

How Gaming Solutions Helped Our Clients

Amazon - Interactive 3-Layer Game (Events and Exhibitions)

Interactive Amazon logistics experience on a large digital display

For Amazon Smbhav 2025, Amazon wanted a gamified solution for their audience to easily show them how their freight, cargo, and delivery services worked. The goal was to create a 3-layer game, where the customers would have fun while they learned about their processes.

Thus, the solution we came up with was a game that consisted of 3 stages (3 layers), each representing the different processes. Here is how each layer worked:

  • Layer 1 - Flight (Air): The player controls a plane that is carrying the parcel. Here, power-ups give you points, while clouds and other hazards deduct points.
  • Layer 2 - Truck (Transit): In this level, the player drives a truck to collect parcels falling from the sky, and every collected parcel gives them 1 point.
  • Layer 3 - Maze (Final delivery): Finally, the player controls a delivery partner that has to deliver the parcel to the recipient's house.

The gamified experience was a success as it delivered on both keeping things fun while ensuring that the customers understood the delivery process; it resulted in:

  • Over 250 unique play sessions.
  • The game had a high completion rate.
  • Each session lasted 2-3 minutes, allowing for high rotation and repeated play sessions.

HDFC - AI-Powered MetaHuman Avatar (Fintech)

Interactive AI avatar experience with real-time voice interaction

Scammers are increasingly becoming smarter and getting creative with the ways they scam people. Thus, HDFC Securities launched Scam 2025 to increase awareness about financial scams. Thus, to emphasize just how far they can go, they wanted us to create a gamified experience where the user has to avoid getting tricked into revealing any personal or sensitive information. To achieve this, we made a hyper-realistic MetaHuman avatar of actor Manoj Pahwa.

The game begins when a person interacts with the avatar; it would try to scam people live. Here, the audience had to avoid giving away any of their information. It is important to know that simply saying "no" wasn't enough. The player's objective was also to keep the scammer avatar engaged. The system would reward players for creatively deflecting the scammer with clever excuses, playing along without complying, or leading the AI in circles.

A live on-screen aggression meter would track how the user performed throughout the session. The score increased when users deflected, ignored requests, or wasted the scammer's time with creative responses and decreased when users complied; even providing fake information counted as a loss. The player had to push the meter past the 75% threshold before the timer ran out.

For the game to work, we had the MetaHuman use a push-to-talk microphone, which would capture a user's speech, convert it to text, and the AI would then process it and generate a response that would try to scam the user while making sense in the context of the conversation. The big highlight of this AI-powered avatar was how the responses were animated onto the MetaHuman within sub-500ms latency using an RTX 5090 pipeline.

The experience was a success because it resulted in:

  • 2,000+ total interactions across 3 days
  • 100% of the sessions ended with a digital CTA.

What Industries can Benefit from Gaming Solutions?

Retail

In the retail space, brands could use gaming solutions in their marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and increase awareness about their brand, products, or services. For example, a brand could set up a booth with multiple AR markers; the goal of the audience would be to scan each marker and complete the minigames. The more minigames a player completes, the more points they earn. After they earn a certain number of points, they would be given rewards. Here, the minigames would give players information about the brand's product or service. Thus, not only does a player learn about what the brand is selling, but they also have fun in the process.

Automotive

The automotive industry can greatly benefit from gaming solutions by giving buyers virtual test drives. It gives them a unique way to try out the vehicles that they are interested in buying. Thus, showrooms enhance the buying experience by allowing buyers to take real test drives for the available cars, and virtual test drives for cars that might not be available in the store at the moment. Additionally, with gamified VR software, the buyer would also get to virtually modify the car they happen to like by changing its color, rims, tires, or modifying it with spoilers, vinyls, and other features.

Real Estate

Real estate is an industry that already uses gaming solutions for property marketing. Game engines like Unreal or Unity that are often used by developers to make AAA games, are also used for making Digital Twins and help buyers with 3D visualization. Property marketers use them to showcase flats better, as they offer features like interactive floor maps, 360-degree exploration, window view simulations, vicinity mapping, and more. All of these help buyers get a better understanding of the property, as instead of reading brochures, they get to experience the property in an interactive manner. It gives them a clear picture of the property that they are about to invest in and helps them make decisions faster. This in turn helps sales teams reduce sales cycles and increase lead conversion.

Education

Educational institutes can help students learn faster by gamifying complex concepts and turning them into levels that players could play through. Instead of only relying on textbooks and other traditional means of learning, institutes and teachers could encourage active participation by giving students quizzes through platforms like Kahoot, Trivia Crack, or Quiz Planet. Aside from education, institutes can even use gaming solutions to help students improve foundational skills like typing fast through websites like Typing Racer, Keyboard Ninja, and more.

Yes. When a gaming experience is created for a brand, things like the brand's identity, the type of product or service, campaign objectives, target audience, physical environment, and desired user journey are all considered. These factors help in designing the game or experience's mechanics, visuals, interactions, and rewards.

Companies typically use game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot, and technologies like AR, VR, AI, motion tracking, touchscreens, and more to develop these games. These are just some of the most commonly used examples; the exact technologies that need to be used are dependent on the project, the campaign's needs, and the type of experience that needs to be created.

A business often considers factors like business objective, target audience, level of interaction, available technology, and how quickly the experience needs to be ready when selecting a gaming solution for their marketing campaign.
