Communique India, in collaboration with Ink In Caps, played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. The crowning achievement of the event was Project Saathi/Saarthi, a game-changer in product listing. Leveraging Generative AI, Amazon streamlined the listing process by a staggering factor of 25 times. The revolutionary system allowed sellers to upload product images, leaving the AI to seamlessly fill in details such as description, size, quantity, and more.

The Amazon Smbhav Summit 2023 introduced another groundbreaking innovation that stole the spotlight – Swipe & Share. This ingenious technology, powered by state-of-the-art AI, redefined the seller experience. With Swipe & Share, sellers enjoyed an unprecedented level of ease by simply uploading product images. The advanced AI took charge, efficiently handling tasks such as background removal, sizing, and crafting compelling product descriptions.
The piece de resistance was the VR Zone, where a stereoscopic VR experience unfolded the inner workings of Amazon's Fulfillment Center (FC 10) in Noida. 10 VR devices allowed attendees to delve into the intricate automation processes, providing a behind-the-scenes glimpse. The production incorporated cutting-edge stereoscopic VR technology, a rare and impactful choice, allowing users to perceive the scale and efficiency of Amazon's operations with unparalleled depth and detail.
