AI DEVELOPMENT

Artificial Intelligence has grown exponentially over the years, and today almost every major industry uses AI in some capacity. The difference is that some are using it for very limited applications, while others have fully incorporated it into their systems. But while there are several companies that provide AI development services, what separates us, Ink In Caps, from them is our expertise in this field. Even though every industry is using AI, the ones seeing results are the ones who get it right.

What is AI?

Artificial Intelligence, or AI, has the capability, or rather the intelligence, to respond or do tasks in a way similar to how a human would approach a problem. Most AIs are trained on existing data, which generally gives them the ability to recognize patterns, understand language, make decisions, and solve problems. These are the most common abilities that any AI would generally have. However, an AI could also be developed to handle specific tasks such as processing natural language, generating content like texts, images, and videos, serving as conversational chatbots, and more.

How Businesses Use AI

Today's AI is a lot more advanced than it was during its nascent stages or even when compared to the outputs it gave just a few years back. It is no longer treated as a tool, and most businesses have it incorporated into their systems or processes in some way or another. Here are a few examples of how most businesses use AI:

  • Customer Service via Chatbots
  • Data Analysis
  • Automating Repetitive Tasks and Workflow
  • Personalized recommendations for Marketing
  • Resume Screening for Human Resources
  • Inventory optimization and Warehouse automation for Operations and Supply Chain
  • Predictive maintenance

Why More Businesses are Starting to Use AI

Multiple researches across different industries suggest that strategically integrating AI into their operations increases their efficiency.

According to the AI Performance study by PwC for 2026, organizations with the strongest AI performance are "2.6 times as likely as peers to report AI improves their ability to reinvent their business model".

Meanwhile, McKinsey & Company's research on AI at work but not at scale for 2025, Organizations that use AI in at least 1 business function has risen up to 88%. Meanwhile, the use of generative AI has increased to 79% in 2025, within 2 years, it has grown by 46%, where in 2023 the use of Gen AI was only 33%.

How Our AI Services Helped Our Clients

Visitors using a digital assistant at Deloitte’s retail experience center

Deloitte - Holobox with AI Sales Assistant (Retail)

Deloitte partnered with Ink In Caps to deploy its Dot Hub AI Experience Center in Bangalore. Their main objective was for their audience to check out their cutting-edge innovations and technology. To help with that, we developed a transparent OLED HoloBox that featured an AI sales virtual assistant, Nova, and an Object Recognition Table (ORT).

Nova is an AI-powered sales assistant that would help out clients with personalized suggestions. What makes her special is her being capable of showing realistic facial expressions while also being able to have analytics-driven conversations.

The project achieved its goal of establishing Deloitte as one of the leading brands that provide futuristic retail experiences. It had:

  • 17,00,000+ global visitors
  • 50,000+ AI interactions

HDFC - AI Powered MetaHuman Avatar (Fintech)

HDFC Securities launched Scam 2025 to increase awareness about how financial scams are getting smarter by the day. To emphasize just how creative scammers are getting, they partnered with us, Ink In Caps, to make a hyper-realistic MetaHuman avatar of actor Manoj Pahwa.

The avatar's goal was to try to scam people live, while the audience had to avoid giving away any of their information. The MetaHuman used a push-to-talk microphone, which would capture a user's speech, convert it to text, and the AI would then process it and generate a response that would try to scam the user while making sense in the context of the conversation.

The big highlight of this AI-powered avatar was how the responses were animated onto the MetaHuman within sub-500ms latency using an RTX 5090 pipeline.

The project was a success because it resulted in:

  • 2,000+ total interactions across 3 days
  • 100% of the sessions ended with a digital CTA.

Retail

Artificial Intelligence helps out the retail industry by giving clients more personalized recommendations, which improves their shopping experiences. AI can be used in this field typically to:

  • Analyze customer behavior
  • Recommend products based on individual preferences
  • Manage inventory
  • Automate customer support using chatbots

Real Estate

For real estate, AI serves different purposes depending on who it is being targeted for. Buyers can use it to check the current property values or to search for properties that fit their preferences. Meanwhile, sellers could use AI to adjust the prices of properties in real time after comparing them with the neighborhood metrics to maximize profit. As for property managers, they can use AI for predictive maintenance of HVAC, lighting, and other systems.

Automotive

One of the recent areas where AI is growing a lot in the Automotive industry is in self-driving cars. Many of the new top-of-the-line cars are coming with AI-powered Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS). It basically helps in avoiding collisions.

Similar to real estate, the automotive industry can also use AI for predictive maintenance. AI can be used to track the efficiency of the different car parts so that it can alert the owner about any possible mechanical failures. This would reduce downtime and even help the owner avoid costly replacements as they could simply repair or replace a faulty part instead of replacing the whole system.

Fintech

Artificial Intelligence can help fintech companies provide more secure services. The two main areas in this field where it can be used the most are fraud detection and chatbots. Fraud detection can be achieved by training the models to detect fraudulent activities before they happen. Meanwhile, chatbots can be used to provide customer support.

FMCG

FMCG/FMCD

FMCG and FMCD companies benefit from AI the most with inventory management. They can train AI models on past data for accurate demand forecasting. Based on the forecast, they could then automate the inventory planning process. This would help them to avoid over- or under-stocking. As for the FMCD industry, it could use AI chatbots for after-sales support.
