Looking back, what do you remember most about life? The syllabus for your board examination or the experience of preparing for and giving those examinations. What you wore for that big job interview or the experience of appearing for that interview altogether?

Life is all about experiences. So why not create an experience for your customers that will leave them with a lasting impact instead of a pamphlet that is destined to end up in the bin.

What is an Experience Center?

Experiences are memorable and stick with individuals throughout. A Customer Experience Center allows your brand to curate a personalized, immersive experience for your customer while showcasing your products, services and offerings in an interactive manner.

This interpersonal engagement serves as an interactive digital/physical space that allows the customer to get a taste of the brand on their own terms breaking through bounds of aggressive, ‘in your face’ marketing tactics.

By employing different tech ranging from AR, VR, Projection Mapping to Object Recognition Tables, a gratifying and enjoyable journey is curated for the customer throughout. 

Why do I need an Experience Center?

In today’s competitive landscape a simple marketing campaign that isn’t ‘outside the box’ won’t help you attain your brand objectives. Selling your products requires you to create a ‘story to sell’ that piques the interest of your potential clients.

By creating an experience center, you allow your customers to be a part of this ‘story’. Storytelling, customer experience and technology meet at this junction. A Customer Experience Center fosters meaningful customer engagement. 

For Deloitte, we created an AI Experience Center where we incorporated an innovative Holobox, Object Recognition Table (ORT) and an AI sales assistant. These immersive features led to enhanced user engagement and understanding.

What are the benefits of an Experience Center?

Interactive experiences provide brands with the perfect opportunity to empower and educate customers. After they garner a clear understanding of your product and its workings, they move on to make informed decisions. Customer Experience Centers allow you to shape how customers perceive your brand.

Personally speaking, an interactive experience center showcasing products would entice me to find out about the products further. From a customer’s point of view, a memorable experience aided with a strong interpersonal relationship would compel me to engage further with the brand thus increasing conversion rates.

For Amazon we created a Tech Experience Center which proved to be the heart of engagement at the summit. The Swipe & Share technology allowed customers to have a firsthand view at the process of product listings while the stereoscopic VR experience gave them a sneak peek into the inner workings of Amazon. 

Such experiences allow customers to be a part of the ‘story’ yielding increased loyalty and engagement.

What are the different types of Experience Centers? 

A Customer Experience Center isn’t just a brand showcase, rather an interactive focal point that contrives impactful brand experiences. These immersive, design oriented spaces foster client relationships while exhibiting brand values.

To market Pampers’ premium line we created an immersive room reminiscent of a Van Gogh Museum, integrated with a 3D anamorphic display. This left a lasting impression on the target audience and helped us achieve our client’s objectives. 

That being said, when talking about Experience Center Designs, we aren’t just referring to physical spaces. Virtual spaces exist where remote participants interact within a digital space while hybrid spaces involve customers interacting both in a physical and remote/virtual space. 

CONCLUSION

Your Customer Experience Center could stand as the zenith of distinction amongst today’s marketing campaigns. It’s the new ‘limited-edition’ flavor everyone wants a piece of.
