Why Experience Center Solutions Are the Future of Brand Experiences

The way customers approach selecting a product or a service has changed a lot over the last few years. Back in the day, a simple ad could do the trick as the goal was to get your brand's name out there. However, that isn't the case today. According to the “Immersive Marketing Market (2025 - 2030)” report by Grand View Research, “The global immersive marketing market size was estimated at USD 6.90 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach USD 29.68 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 28.6% from 2025 to 2030.”

Thus, it isn't enough to put out an ad; today, the buyers want to experience your product before they even show interest in your brand, let alone make a purchase decision. The best part is that through modern technologies like AR, VR, Digital Twins, and more, even if the buyers can't try out the exact product, they get a very close experience of interacting with it. Most businesses use Experience Centers to achieve these interactions.

What are Experience Center Solutions?

Dot Hub AI Experience Center Solution for Deloitte

Experience Center solutions are services provided to brands that involve setting up experience centers. These centers are custom-made to highlight the products or services of a business. Depending on the project, different technologies can be used, and the experience center can be physical, digital, or a hybrid of both.

The main purpose of an experience center is to allow customers to interact with a brand's product or service in an immersive manner. It allows brands to approach storytelling creatively while increasing brand recall. Most modern Experience Center solutions use the following technologies:

  • Interactive touch displays
  • Augmented Reality (AR)
  • Virtual Reality (VR)
  • Mixed Reality (MR)
  • Extended Reality (XR)
  • Real-time 3D visualisation
  • AI assistants
  • Gesture-based interactions
  • Digital twins
  • Holographic presentations
  • Projection mapping

Different Industries that can Benefit from Experience Centers

Automotive

The automotive industry can make use of Experience Centers by using technologies like VR, interactive touch displays, and more. They could use it to explain the different features of a car, allow digital customization, and even give virtual test drives to the clients. The big advantage of these centers are they can be used to showcase new car models that may not have started production. It saves the showroom the effort of importing cars, and can instead get data on the buyers' interests in the different car models.

Healthcare

Experience Centers in the healthcare industry can be used for training and educational purposes. Many studies have shown that students who practice their skills on VR simulations are much more confident than those who only rely on theory. Similarly, doctors could use these technologies to simplify the explanation of a procedure to help patients or students learn about certain surgeries or processes more easily.

These are just two examples; here are some other industries that also benefit from Experience Centers:

How Our Clients Used Experience Centers

Retail - Deloitte's Dot Hub AI Experience Center

Deloitte wanted to showcase cutting-edge innovations and technology with its Dot Hub AI Experience Center in Bangalore. As such, they partnered with us, and we decided to use an Object Recognition Table (ORT) and an AI sales virtual assistant, Nova, for their Experience Center.

The Object Recognition Table lets users place various objects, like jewellery or watches, on the table. Next, the table would recognize it and give the customer the details about the product, and in many cases, even options to customize the product. For example, a customer could place earrings on the table to find out details about them, like their origin, gemstone details, metal details, price breakup, and more.

The second highlight of the Experience Center was the HoloBox with an AI-powered sales assistant, Nova. She could help clients by giving personalized suggestions or providing customer support when a human salesperson wasn't available. Additionally, Nova also offers real-time, multilingual assistance. To keep her unique and have a humane touch, we added realistic facial expressions to give customers an immersive experience while having conversations with her. Additionally, these conversations were also analytics-driven.

The Dot AI Hub Experience Center attracted:

  • 17,00,000+ global visitors
  • 50,000+ AI interactions

Real Estate - Rustomjee 180 Bayview

L-shape led display

Rustomjee wanted a more PropTech-focused marketing experience for its buyers with its Rustomjee 180 Bayview Matunga project. The goal was to create an immersive technology-driven journey and move away from traditional marketing means like brochures. To answer these concerns, we designed a 4-zone interactive experience center. Here is how each zone worked:

  • Zone 1: A curved LED panel and an IoT scale model were used here to give customers an understanding of the entire project.
  • Zone 2: An L-shaped LED panel was installed to show all the amenities.
  • Zone 3: A large LED display was used to create an enhanced sample flat that could be controlled using an iPad to give buyers the window view.
  • Zone 4: This was a smart discussion room with a 55" touchscreen TV connected and a high-end PC. Here, the clients were brought in for private discussions where they could explore the project's development in its entirety or if they missed something from the previous zones.

The Experience Center resulted in:

  • 700+ demos in the first month
  • 100% 4BHKs sold using the V-Estate interactive tool
  • 50 mins of average engagement time
  • 75% reduction in printed material

To sum it up, Experience Centers are becoming the new norm for brands to connect with their audience. No matter if it is a simple product launch, reintroducing an existing service to the market, or telling your brand's story to set up for something big. Businesses are using these centers to ensure that they have a strong brand presence. It shortens the B2B sales cycle & directly drives conversions by increasing buyers’ confidence.
