Objective

immersive experience center of l&t ahana

Ahana's proposition centered on strong connectivity, premium residences, and a comprehensive lifestyle offering, with its location along the Western Express Highway, proximity to Kurar Metro, 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences, three levels of amenities, and 15,000+ sq. ft. of integrated retail.

The core objective was to solve the challenge of spatial awareness and finished-product visualization without constructing 2,000+ sq. ft. of physical sample flats.

The experience needed to help buyers understand the scale, proportions, and spatial character of the residences while communicating critical finished specifications such as ceiling heights, railing types and sanitization finishes through high-fidelity digital visualization.

It also needed to demonstrate whether immersive technology could effectively replace key physical sales assets while enabling buyers to explore:

  • Spatial scale and proportions
  • Finished specifications and material details
  • Ceiling heights and railing types
  • Sanitization finishes
  • Apartment interiors and layouts
  • Directional views and apartment orientation

Our Solution

pointer
Impact

The Ahana experience centre demonstrated that a residential development could be presented comprehensively through a fully digitalized sales environment, without depending on a conventional physical show flat or scale model.

The experience connected multiple layers of the product into one continuous journey.

Buyers could move from understanding the overall architecture and amenity placement to exploring the lifestyle offering, stepping inside a residence through VR, and finally evaluating specific apartments through interactive sales software.

The technology also helped address the familiarity barrier around immersive experiences within the Malad, Borivali, and Kandivali micro-market, with universal VR participation across buyer demographics, including senior citizen buyers.

Most importantly, the digital journey enabled consultants to personalize the conversation around each buyer, from 5 km connectivity and vicinity to amenities, residences, apartment orientation, and four-directional views.

Results

30+ Minutes of Buyer Engagement

The immersive amenity experience enabled buyers to spend 30+ minutes exploring the project's lifestyle offering, creating deeper engagement with the product.

100+ VR Demos Across Weekends

The experience processed over 100 deep-immersion VR sessions across the weekends, establishing immersive visualization as a core part of the digital-first sales journey.

100% VR Adoption Across Buyer Demographics

Universal buyer participation was achieved across demographics, including senior citizen buyers, with zero drop-offs during VR demonstrations.

Zero Physical Show-Flat Requirement

The complete residential visualization experience was delivered digitally, eliminating the requirement for a conventional physical show flat.

Digital Show-Flat Experience Validated

Internal feedback indicated that VR helped communicate the apartment product more effectively and gave buyers a stronger understanding of the finished residence, its scale, and its spatial experience.
