Project Green Light, a Google Research initiative, harmonizes Google Maps and AI to identify the most eco-friendly routes. This visionary solution analyzes traffic patterns, offering recommendations to optimize existing traffic light plans. The ultimate goal is to foster sustainability, reduce fuel consumption, and identify the most efficient routes.


To elucidate the intricacies of Project Green Light, an interactive zebra crossing experience was designed. Users engaged in a three-step journey across the zebra crossing, symbolizing the problem statement, solution, and outcome. Problem Statement: Users stepped on specific lines to unfold different facets of the problem, divided into distinct parts. Solution Stage: The subsequent steps highlighted the proposed solutions, providing a comprehensive understanding of Project Green Light's functionality. Outcome Section: The final leg showcased the positive outcomes, emphasizing sustainability, reduced fuel consumption, and optimized traffic flow.
