Capturing emotions real-time Mega Zoom
To capture the emotions of the fans in real-time, right when they were jovial and immersed in the experience, we designed Mega Zoom, a setup based on the concept of terapixel images.A sophisticated network of three 4k camera systems with variable lenses ranging from 18 mm to 600 mm to capture high-quality pictures was put up to capture the fans in real time. The system’s algorithm facilitated merging the shots from 3 different cameras into 1 high-resolution picture which was then converted into a video and made effortlessly shareable through a one-tag QR code.The cameras first captured a fan/group of fans enjoying the match and then zoomed out 100 meters to capture the ambiance reflecting the presence of the fan in the high-energy stadium

QNB’s on-ground activation
Qatar National Bank was striving to boost the connect with FIFA fans through an on-ground activation. Hence we designed an experience to reminisce- The Neymar Challenge. The activation involved developing a multi-trigger app system.The entire experience was designed as a journey with various touchpoints, making the fans feel that they are the pivot of the experience.Neymar, QNB’s Brand Ambassador, appeared on a virtual screen and called the fans to show their wit by taking up an exciting quiz entailing a series of head-scratching FIFA-related questions.Fans had to answer the questions that were flashed on the screen and this was followed by Neymar’s unique reactions to their performance.After the intriguing quiz session, the fans got a chance to try a football dribbling challenge, and the winners were rewarded with cool merchandise

Cheering out Loud with Vodafone
FIFA witnesses fans coming in from different countries to support their favorite teams. Vodafone wanted to plan an engaging activation that develops a positive bias in the minds of the fans. To channelise the soaring energies of the diverse fan group, Vodafone partnered with Event Developers and Ink In Caps to set up a Cheer Challenge comprehending the fans of both the competing teams cheering out loud for 15-20 seconds and the team to cheer the loudest got free goodies and gratification. What went behind this enthralling activation, was in-depth hardware research for microphones that were suitable for high energy levels. Two extremely powerful microphones were identified and a custom software was built for inducing life into this idea.To show the challenge results in real-time, multiple screens were set up in the activation area.Advanced Technologies were used to convert the amplitude of cheers into scores which were used to determine the Winner.The activity proved to be a massive hit with ten thousand interactions and a loud energy vibe which resulted in a very relevant Brand Awareness initiative for Vodafone.
