Introduction

For ~~Godrej Varanya, Kharghar~~, Godrej wanted to showcase the project’s biodiversity-driven lifestyle and surrounding Sahyadri ecosystem inside the experience centre itself.

The objective was to move beyond static environmental claims and create an immersive technology-led storytelling experience that helps buyers emotionally connect with nature living.

To bring this vision alive, INK IN CAPS designed and executed a three-part experiential environment featuring the following:

An Innovation Corner with interactive biodiversity pods and AI generated storytelling content
An Interactive Material Library (Rotoscopic Wall) for explaining Godrej’s core product USPs
An Interactive Touchscreen Wall decoding construction quality and engineering systems

Together, these technologies transformed environmental storytelling and product assurance into a guided interactive buyer experience.

Objective

Creating a Nature-Led Experiential Sales Environment

Godrej wanted to build an experience centre where biodiversity, environmental storytelling, and product quality could be experienced interactively rather than explained verbally.

The experience centre was designed to:
Increase emotional engagement and dwell time
Create a memorable family friendly interaction zone
Replace passive presentations with guided exploration
Make biodiversity and product USPs visually understandable

Our Solution

INNOVATION CORNER

Interactive Biodiversity Storytelling Experience

INK IN CAPS conceptualised and executed the Innovation Corner, an interactive biodiversity installation inspired by the flora and fauna of the Sahyadris.

The experience combined:

A 12 ft x 6 ft LED pane
Four interactive NFC enabled pods
Physical 3D printed models
AI generated cinematic storytelling content
Unity-based interaction systems

Visitors could lift and place interactive pods onto the central interaction point, instantly triggering immersive visual stories on the LED wall.

The four biodiversity themes from the exotics of Sahyadris included the following:

Butterfly
Bird
Tree
Flower

A major highlight of the experience was the AI generated visual storytelling pipeline combined with motion graphics overlays to create cinematic environmental narratives with higher visual retention and emotional engagement.

FOURTH DIMENSION EXPERIENCE

INTERACTIVE MATERIAL LIBRARY (ROTOSCOPIC WALL)

INK IN CAPS developed the Fourth Dimension experience for Godrej Varanya using a rotoscopic wall system.

The installation translated Godrej’s engineering USPs into synchronised kinetic storytelling through the following:

OLED display systems
Motion-based mechanical synchronization
Precision content mapping
Unity-based animation programming
iPad-controlled interaction

PRODUCTS COVERED

As the wall moved through programmed motion sequences, the content aligned perfectly with physical movement, creating a seamless storytelling illusion between hardware and digital content.

Bathroom Waterproofing Tiles

Dual waterproofing systems and RCC protection layers designed to prevent long-term seepage migration.

Fire Safety & Fire Shafts

Fire-resistant shaft systems and reinforced safety materials engineered for enhanced protection.

High-Performance Windows

Lab-tested window systems built for wind resistance, acoustic reduction, and UV protection.

INTERACTIVE WALL

The Interactive Wall featured an 86 inch Samsung interactive touchscreen designed to simplify Godrej’s construction systems into buyer-friendly visual explainers.

The experience included short animated modules running between 30 and 50 seconds each, enabling guided exploration with high retention and simplified understanding.

Key assurances communicated included the following:

Water Seepage Protection: Anticapillary coatings and waterproof RCC treatments designed to prevent moisture penetration.
Structural Strength & Seismic Safety: Primary steel reinforcement systems engineered for long-term structural stability.
Electrical & Fire Safety Systems: FRLS wiring systems with high heat resistance and low smoke emission properties.
Plumbing & Leakage Prevention: High-performance CPVC piping systems designed for durability and leak resistance.
Crack Prevention & Shock Absorption: PU foam application systems reducing structural stress and crack formation.
Wind Load & Structural Stability: Wind tunnel-tested structural systems validated for high-rise environmental conditions.

The touchscreen system allowed buyers to independently interact with construction and engineering information in real time.

The Innovation Corner helped buyers experience the natural ecosystem surrounding Godrej Varanya through interactive storytelling around birds, butterflies, trees, and flowering species found across the Sahyadris.
