Cipla Achiever Awards is a keystone annual event hosted by Cipla to celebrate the achievements of their employees. It used to be an on-ground event but during the Pandemic, it wanted to set a benchmark and host the event in a virtual premium format for its 25000 employees.To facilitate the execution of the Cipla Achiever Awards, we built an interactive virtual event platform.
The event was based on the "Space" theme, with a mobile-friendly approach and integration with a SaaS engine and a communication engine for conferences. The database of all wireless devices across Cipla was maintained to ensure smooth access to the event. The event was divided into multiple phases, with a real MC greeting users as they logged in and each zone being enabled one after the other as the awards were distributed. Strict security measures were taken to prevent unauthorized access to the event, making it a closed-wall event with massive surveillance.
Our teams worked closely to ensure compliance and carried out multiple rounds of testing to make the event work seamlessly. The result was a highly immersive experience and a technical masterpiece.

The Implementation
A virtual platform with 360-degree immersive navigation
was set up constituting 8 interactive zones.Based on the
respective categories, a timely reveal of the 4 awards
zone was perfectly coordinated.Ensuring Data Privacy was
kept as a primary priority.To induce enhanced engagement,
GIF Photo booths and Artist Performances were engraved in
the event. All the artist performances were streamed
smoothly during the event.25000 Guests attended the event
making it a continued success for the Company.
