Objective

iPad-controlled projection mapping with interactive location table and large-format Ajmera experience display

The objective was to transform the Ajmera Manhattan sales experience from a static presentation into an immersive, self-discovery-led journey that could build trust in the Ajmera brand while making the development’s scale, design, location, and lifestyle proposition easier to understand.

The experience needed to bring together:

  • Ajmera’s Legacy & Evolution: Communicate the brand’s origins in Wadala, its founders, journey, evolution, and developments in a way that customers could experience rather than consume as a conventional corporate timeline.
  • Sion-Wadala’s Transformation: Establish the significance of the location through its connectivity, infrastructure, and future development, including key infrastructure such as Atal Setu.
  • Manhattan-Inspired Architecture: Translate the New York and Manhattan influence into an immersive architectural narrative, including the vision shaped by Hafeez Contractor and Bobby Mukherjee.
  • Scale of the Development: Communicate the scale of six towers connected through a seven-acre unified podium.
  • Lifestyle & Quality of Life: Bring architecture, amenities, wellness, sustainability, community, and everyday living into the experience, including details such as New York-inspired lampposts, gates, and lobbies.
  • Self-Discovery: Give customers greater freedom to explore the brand, location, and development through interactive formats rather than relying solely on a conventional guided sales presentation.

The larger objective was to create a technology-led environment that could communicate the scale, ambition, and New York-inspired vision of Ajmera Manhattan while strengthening the customer’s connection with both the brand and the development.

From Presentation to Self-Discovery

The experience shifted the customer journey from passively receiving project information to actively exploring the brand, location, and development through interactive formats.

Brand Legacy Became Experiential

Ajmera’s history was transformed from a conventional corporate timeline into a contemporary visual narrative, allowing its Wadala origins, founders, and evolution to become part of the customer experience.

Location Became Tangible

The Sion-Wadala story moved beyond static maps and location graphics into a spatial experience that allowed connectivity, infrastructure, and future development to be understood visually.

Complex Information Became Easier to Explore

The combination of large-format LED, projection, butterfly LED, and interactive controls created multiple layers of information without relying on one linear presentation.

Technology Became a Part of the Mandatory Sales Journey

The experience was integrated into the customer journey following reception and scale-model review, making the immersive experience a mandatory part of the sales process.
