Our team had to overcome significant technological challenges to integrate a large region into the metaverse platform in a short period. We had to model 50,000 square meters of space into 50MB. However, we optimized the asset workflow pipeline, resulting in bright and colorful neon-themed formats. We set up a dynamic asset pipeline that loaded assets continually in the background and an efficient LOD system.With these combinations, we delivered an entertaining and detailed experience that showcased the event's details while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Partnering with the UK's first Festival Network site in Newcastle, LooseFest, we designed an immersive Metaverse Platform with the grail to create an experience for the LooseFest attendees that surpassed a usual website experience.
The platform was optimized for functioning seamlessly on both Web and Mobile phones, with multiplayer support and various interactive touchpoints.
An impeccable first-hand experience was provided to the attendees before joining the offline event. All the Brands that were associated with LooseFest were coherently integrated into the platform.The social platform proved to be one of the important aspects in the successful execution of the event comprising 80 music acts with 60,000 music fans.
