For their 145-acre Panvel project, buyers weren't just purchasing a home; they were investing in a future of new airports, sea links, and economic hubs. Traditional brochures and sample flats were failing to make this future feel real.
We partnered with Godrej to build a revolutionary sales engine—an amphitheater-style immersive room that transforms buyer imagination into immediate conviction in just three minutes.

The Panvel micro-market is built on promise. Buyers had to connect the dots between a construction site and a future lifestyle defined by massive infrastructure projects.
Failure of Traditional Tools: Brochures couldn't spatialize time and scale
Buyer Uncertainty: Visitors left unsure about commute times, sightlines, and how the "future" would integrate into their "present."

We reframed the salesroom as a situational simulator. Instead of a passive pitch, we designed a tightly choreographed 3-minute group experience that proves the vision.

Photoreal Walkthroughs: The experience seamlessly transitions to stunning, production-grade renders of finishes, vantage points, and realistic sightlines.

The "wow" is just the hook. The real business goal is capturing leads. Immediately following the 3-minute immersive primer, the system converts group awe into individual, measurable intent.
Interactive Touch Tables: The main screen syncs with multi-user touch tables, allowing buyers to explore what matters to them.
Personal Scenario Toggles: Visitors can instantly test commute times, toggle sunlight studies, filter amenities, and customize unit layouts.
Mobile Deep-Link: A QR code syncs the session to each visitor's phone, letting them save bookmarks and continue exploring.
CRM Integration: Every tap, saved bookmark, and scenario choice is auto-tagged and pushed directly to the sales CRM for intelligent, prioritized follow-up.
