What You’ll Do (and Love): Lead Generation Extraordinaire: Your mission is clear—grow and maintain a powerful inbound leads pipeline. You'll design and execute lead generation strategies that turn heads and bring in qualified prospects at scale. From organic to paid efforts, you'll leave no stone unturned in your quest for leads.
Pipeline Master: Own the full lifecycle of inbound marketing—from awareness to conversion. You’ll ensure that we attract high-quality traffic, convert them into leads, and nurture them effectively through the funnel, optimizing each stage with a laser focus on results. Captain the Squad: Lead, mentor, and inspire your marketing team like a creative superhero. You’ll guide a crew of performance marketers, social media wizards, content ninjas, and editing maestros to hit all the right targets and explore new territory.
Strategic Genius: You’ll craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that get people talking. Whether its launching a new product or kicking off a creative campaign, you’ll steer us through every step of the journey, ensuring both creative genius and performance metrics are met.
Brand Architect: Develop bold, unforgettable narratives that breathe life into our products and IP's. You’ll shape how our products are seen and remembered, making sure every story we tell is one people want to share.
Performance Powerhouse: Drive our digital marketing machine. From social ads to SEO to email marketing, you’ll get the numbers soaring and know exactly how to make adjustments that push performance to the max.
Creative Collaborator: You’ll work cross-functionally with the product, sales, tech, and creative teams to make sure marketing is in sync with every corner of our business. Bonus points if you love a good brainstorming session over coffee.
Data Whisperer: Analyse and report on the numbers that matter. You’ll be the one turning data into actionable insights, constantly optimizing campaigns for the best ROI. KPIs? They’ll be your playground.
About You The Magic Formula): Lead Generation Expert: Youve been in the marketing game for at least 5 years, and you’ve consistently built and managed strong inbound lead generation funnels. You know what it takes to fill the pipeline with high-quality leads—and keep it flowing
job requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
