As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing solutions to any issues that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role.Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and deliver reports on client performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and revenue.
job requirements
Previous experience in client service or account management is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Client Servicing or equivalent experience
