Business Development Executive

About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital, experiential, or technology-driven solutions and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries such as automotive, real estate, BFSI, and consumer brands.

  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions including AR/VR experiences, interactive campaigns, AI-based solutions, and digital platforms.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, and strategy) to ensure successful project execution.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to expand business reach.

job requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in digital marketing, IT, or experiential marketing).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Basic understanding of digital technologies such as web/app development, AI, AR/VR, or marketing solutions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
