We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital, experiential, or technology-driven solutions and a passion for sales.Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries such as automotive, real estate, BFSI, and consumer brands.
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions including AR/VR experiences, interactive campaigns, AI-based solutions, and digital platforms.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, and strategy) to ensure successful project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to expand business reach.
job requirements
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in digital marketing, IT, or experiential marketing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of digital technologies such as web/app development, AI, AR/VR, or marketing solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
